THERAPY FEES
PROCEDURES
All appointments, except group therapy, are scheduled in an hour time slot for a duration of 53 mins. Fees listed below reflect standard, individual rate, prior to any additional services and/or discounts for Private Pay or Out-of-Network Credits (see "Discounts" tab). *In-person sessions offered on a limited basis at Issaquah location.
Assessment
$240*
Consists of: 1) Intake and 2) Comprehensive Evaluation. Equates to about 1.5 hours in-person, over 2 sessions, and several hours outside of session, by provider. For insurance & superbilling practices, the full fee will be applied in the first clinical session, whereas Private Pay clients receive a split fee. If there is interactive complexity or prolonged services during the assessment, additional charges may apply.
Annual Assessment
$240*
An annual review of treatment is conducted yearly on or around the date of first established care, and wherein re-evaluation of diagnosis and treatment is determined considering current presenting concerns, symptoms, and treatment effectiveness.
Psychotherapy
$200*
SERVICES

Co-joint Fee (Couples/Families)
$20 + Procedure
Sessions involving two or more people, not including the therapist.
Interactive Complexities Fee
$25 + Procedure
Situations pertaining to intensity of service needs, like intakes or sessions involving 4 or more persons, communication complications, and/or therapy in a place of service outside the office or telehealth setting, etc.
Crisis Management Fee
$25 + Procedure
Situations pertaining to crisis and/or case management needs.
Extended Sessions
$85* + Procedure
Offered in 30-minute increments.
