Every Sunday in September 2023, from 12 PM to 2:30 PM (9/3, 9/10, 9/17, & 9/24/2023)

310 3rd Ave NE, Issaquah, WA 98027.  Located in the historic downtown area, right off Front Street.  We will be meeting in the conference room right outside of the lobby area.

We will be providing you with workbooks as well as a goodie bag of accommodation and biohacking tools for you to keep!  We will also be providing light refreshments and snacks.

$185 per Group Therapy Session

$25 Registration fee (waived if you are already an Ei client or returning client)

Intake Fee for New Clients: If you are not already an established client, or you are a returning client, but it has been more than a year since your last assessment, you will also need to meet for a stand alone intake session prior to the first group meeting.  If you are in need of an intake, we will be conducting these via telehealth.  For individual therapy, we charge $235 for an assessment (this includes a intake & comprehensive evaluation); however, since there is no need to do a comprehensive evaluation (which includes a treatment plan, etc.) for group therapy members, we will only charge for an intake, which is $195.

Please refer to our appointment policy under the "Getting Started" tab.  We require attendance to all group sessions as this will be a closed group, meaning we are only allowing a set number of people in order to provide for better group cohesion and a higher standard of care.  If for some reason you know there is a date you cannot attend, please discuss this during the therapist consult after you have filled out the pre-group questionnaire (considerations will be taken into account on an individual basis).

Group Therapy offers both a cost effective and concentrated way of engaging in therapy, as it is the equivalent of 10 sessions in one month, and at about half the cost of what those sessions would total to if done through individual sessions.  It is also an opportunity to gain new perspectives from a peer group, and to encounter one's own sense of being isolated and alone in a safe group environment.  There are many other pros that are unique to group therapy; however, the best way for you to discover this, is not from what is said here, but by having the experience yourself.
