Therapy Appointment 2.0 is a encrypted, secured HIPAA- & HITECH-compliant behavioral health online platform that allows you to engage in: e-signatures for all documentation, invoicing and bill pay, provider messaging, and even telehealth sessions. You can access your Client Portal through any of the following ways:

Once Therapy Ends

In order to accommodate new registering clients, once your episode of care is over, your portal access will be made inactive.  


Switching clients to 'inactive' status once they are no longer under the care of a provider, is a standard ethical and legal practice across healthcare, as it helps mitigate the potential risks and liabilities of engaging in a service context when no actual treatment is being provided. 


However, this does not mean that the content of the work you did with your therapist goes away.  Should you want to re-engage in services with your provider and build off of what was done before, or perhaps have your records transferred over to a new provider, you still have the ability to do this, as records are maintained in a HIPAA-compliant manner for a minimum of 5 years from the date of your last service.
