Consults are 15 minuets and complementary. It combines the benefit of being able to get a sense of the therapist right from the start, provides ability to ask therapist questions directly, while also still being able to inquire about things like cost; and which makes beginning with a consult a no-brainer for us and a time-saver for you! We hold several spots throughout the week for these calls.
If you do not see a time that works for you send us a contact form providing at least 3 alternative options and the best way to reach you. If one of those options works, we will book the consultation and you will get an email notification asking to confirm. If none of the times suggested work, we will reach out to you at the number provided to try to find a time that does.
Best Suited For: Questions that would not require a consultation call.
Much of the time when someone submits a contact form, they are inquiring about “Frequently Asked Questions,” so please review the answers provided on the FAQ page (located in Footer) to save yourself a step.
We also know there are other reasons why submitting a contact form is more amenable to a person’s needs, or maybe you’re experiencing anxiety thinking of speaking with a therapist. Submit away then! We will do our best to navigate things from here.

We realize that sometimes finding the time and courage to make the call is the most you have to give in the moment, and so if this is you, well then we encourage you to use whatever motivation or energy you have now to do this. And for our part, we will do our best to get back to you within 1-2 business days.
We’re glad you are here, and while we look forward to connecting with you, our priority is your health; and so if you are currently experiencing an emergency or crisis, please do not reach out and wait for a response, as we cannot provide services for crisis situations that need immediate attention. Instead, please call 911, 988, or go to the nearest emergency room.

After you speak with your potential therapist, and decide to engage with our services, you will then be invited to register as a client.
All therapists carry a full client case load, and so work on reoccurring appointment slots. This means that if a therapist has an opening, then you will be booked in the next available spot in 1 to 4 weeks, during a agreed upon time.
The associated registration fee reserves your place and provides you with a client portal to complete the registration process.
