REGISTRATION Fees

When you become a registered client, it means you are counted towards our TherapyAppointment 2.0 end-user license and granted access to this behavioral software. It also holds your spot on the therapist’s caseload during the intake and treatment planning phase, which assess if there are agreed upon parameters of care for going forward.

Upon registration, you will have access to the online client portal—a secure and encrypted HIPAA- & HITECH-compliant platform for electronic paperwork, telehealth sessions, scheduling, and engaging in other features like bill pay, messaging your provider, etc.

*Registration fees are incurred when you register and are added to the invoice for your first date of service.

Individual Registration

$25

This is a one-time charge for newly registered clients.

Co-joint Registration

$10

This is a one-time charge for newly registered co-joint clients.

Re-Registration

FREE

Former clients returning to services, and/or for breaks from service longer than 1 month where deactivation and then reactivation of the account is necessary. For periods longer than 6 months, some registration documents will need to be filled out again.

Transfer of Care

FREE

There is no new registration charge for transferring care to another provider at Eastside Insight or adding services by another provider at Eastside Insight. There will be some additional registration paperwork though.

ADMIN Fees

INSURANCE PROCESSING

$3 / Session

These fees apply to the needs of per-authorization, insurance billing, re-billing, payment processing, etc. These fees are in addition to session fees and/or payment fees for each service date and are not billable to insurance.

Late Cancellation

$75

These fees are not covered by out-of-pocket reimbursements or insurance. Please refer to Appointment Policy for additional information.
