Your time is valuable! Our time together is valuable! To help keep your session for what it is for—therapy—every consideration has been made in creating a process for payments and billing statements that is as easy as possible.
Supported Options
We DO NOT accept Credit Card payments (like virtual Credit Cards) from Insurance Payors or other Third-Party Vendors as often these forms of payment cannot be charged at time of service, but also doing so will cause the insurance payment to show as a Client Payment, which will create inaccurate accounting in the client ledger.
Fee-For-Service
Our providers are not salary, nor paid hourly, but rather operate fee-for-service schedules, meaning therapists will only accept a client onto their case load if there is a reoccurring spot in their schedule to do so—aka, it means we guarantee to not double book appointments or have you go weeks without services. 'Other' providers can offset the costs of cancellations by overbooking, but they can’t offset the cost of not being able to provide consistent therapy to their clients.

Processing Payment
So that no extra time is spent collecting payment at the start of session, the credit card you have provided will be charged, typically within 1-2 weeks after your session. All credit cards are processed through an FDIC-insured payment gateway that is seamlessly integrated into our encrypted behavioral health software.
PCI-Compliant
What does all this jargon really mean though, right? It means in being a compliant entity, we will never have access to your credit card information, nor is your information stored within our software or physically kept on file. Still feeling weary? Self-Activate
You can also self-activate a payment, at any time, as well as change the credit card on file through your Patient Portal—a HIPAA-compliant web-based service for all your clerical needs. New clients will be provided a link to set up a secure account for the Patient Portal during the initial scheduling process.
Statements
To further help maximize your therapy time, you can access your bills through the online Patient Portal at your own convenience. Here you can print off invoices or access superbills for out-of-network insurance reimbursements. This paperless option also allows you to save these documents to your computer for your own records, or when wanting to submit electronically to a third party, etc.
