Contact Form

Much of the time when someone submits a contact form, they are inquiring about “Frequently Asked Questions,” so please review the answers provided on the FAQ page (also located in the Footer) to save yourself a step.


We also know there are other reasons why submitting a contact form is more amenable to a person’s needs, or maybe you’re experiencing anxiety thinking of speaking with a therapist. Submit away then! We will do our best to navigate things from here.

Calling

 We are often in-session, and during non-business hours our phone system defaults to After-Hours voicemail. Calls that cannot be picked up will go to voicemail, and any messages left will be managed by our answering service.

PHONE SYSTEM INFO & CHEAT SHEET

 While it is customary in healthcare to have messages re-routed to providers, we also know there may be instances that you need to share a private message with your therapist. If this is the case, please ask to be transferred into the therapist’s private voicemail box and/or for someone to call you back to facilitate this request. No one has access to a therapist’s private voicemail except for the therapist.  

Therapist Messaging Line

You can also initiate this process yourself by selecting Opt. 7 after dialing. State you would like to leave a confidential voicemail for your therapist and provide the number you can be reached at to set this up. If you are a current client, you can also send a message to your therapist in the client portal.  

Text Messages

 Lastly, we use a phone system that was designed to be HIPAA-compliant, which means the feature to receive text messages has been deactivated for our practice.

Note: Main Line, Scheduling, Prospective Clients, and Outside Providers lines ring through; the other options are voicemail boxes assigned to various Ei associates.
