GETTING STARTED FOR PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS

The Process

Making sure your therapist is the right fit for you is essential for your care.  For this reason, we offer a series of free consults to prospective clients so that you can get a feel for our therapists and the practice we run before becoming a client.

1) Therapy Consult

Ask questions and get to know your therapist.

2) Registration Consult

Start the process of becoming a client by reviewing schedules, booking appointments, and getting setup in your private patient portal

3) Register as a client

If you and your therapist think the relationship is a good fit, we can move forward with you and help you register as a client with us

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTS

1) Therapy Consult

Length: 20 minutes

This is an initial 20-minute consult with your prospective therapist.  The consult provides the benefit of being able to get a sense of the therapist right from the start, and provides the ability to ask the therapist questions directly, be it about things like costs or the care we provide.

We hold several spots throughout the week for these consults.


If you do not see a time that works for you, please send us a contact form providing at least 3 alternative options and the best way to reach you. If one of those options works, we will book the consultation and you will get an email notification asking to confirm. If none of the times suggested work, we will reach out to you at the email or phone number provided to try to find a time that does.

2) Registration Consult

Length: 10 minutes

This is a 10-minute consult with your therapist that you can book after a Therapy Service Consult in order to review schedules, book your first appointment, and get setup in your private client portal, TherapyAppointment.

OTHER METHODS TO REACH OUT

Calling

We also realize that sometimes finding the time and courage to make the call is the most you have to give in the moment, and so if this is you, well then we encourage you to use whatever motivation or energy you have now to do this.  The "call now" image is linked to a toll free number, that can connect you to our main business line, which provides you with a phone menu of options to choose from.  To bypass this message and get connected directly to our "Prospective Client" line, press 2.

Non-consult questions

For questions about our practice that don't quite warrant a full consult, we recommend calling or using our contact form, with more information on both on our contact page.

We’re glad you are here, and while we look forward to connecting with you, our priority is your health; and so if you are currently experiencing an emergency or crisis, please do not reach out and wait for a response, as we cannot provide services for crisis situations that need immediate attention. Instead, please call 911, 988, or go to the nearest emergency room.

3) Registering as a client

After you speak with your potential therapist, and decide to engage with our services, you will then be invited to register as a client.

All therapists carry a full client case load, and so work on reoccurring appointment slots. This means that if a therapist has an opening, then you will be booked in the next available spot in 1 to 4 weeks, during a agreed upon time. 


The associated registration fee reserves your place and provides you with a client portal to complete the registration process.

We are a private practice, which means we can provide a higher level of care in certain areas, while also limited in scope for issues that may require additional service needs and/or referral by another provider.  If you would like to find out more about our parameters, please click the button below.
